Actual Names of Streets and Towns

There's a Columbus Road off of Ohio Road. Kind of ironic really.

Also a teacher from my school is from Cookietown, Oklahoma.

Oh, and I'm from Plano and we have a Parker Road, a Park, a Plano Parkway, and a Preston Road all in the general vicinity. It's insane with directions.

Of course, here in Charlotte, Queen's Road is considered the hoity-toity address, so the city extended Queen's Road for all the muckety-mucks who wanted to say they lived in the ritziest (read: overpriced) neighborhood in Charlotte. So now it just goes in a big loop, and it actually doubles back on itself, almost like a pretzel.

If you tell somebody it's on Queen's Road, make sure you specify Queen's Road or Queen's Road West, and be sure you give them a building number.
