That would make it the first guinea pig to have an opinion. Or a personality. (Oh, man, I'm going to catch it for that. )

Reviving this thread. ;D A ton of pictures... sorry! I kind of have a lot of animal news. Really long post... I don't know if I posted a picture of her in here, but I most likely did. Anyways, this is the kitten: i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Random289.jpg . Nelly is her name. Well my Nannie never got her fixed... so she went and got pregnant. She was pretty big for how small she was, never got a picture of her pregnant. She had her babies at the barn across the road, because one day she came home and wasn't pregnant anymore... We weren't sure if they were alive or anything. Well this weekend she decided to bring them over to my Nannie's garage where she usually gets fed. She had them on this ledge in the garage so my brother had to get them down, now they're in the office in the garage, in a box. xD When the kittens are old enough to be away from their mom my Nannie is most likely going to bring them to the Humane Society, and get Nelly fixed. i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Animals050.jpgWe're not sure of their gender but we think this one is a boy, so I named him Zeus. If it's a girl... well I'll change it's name. ;D i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Animals049.jpgi212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Animals047.jpgThe fluffy one sitting in the corner with the blue eyes we think is a girl. But my brother named it Moses anyway. :/ i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Animals041.jpgi212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Animals037.jpgOkay, also, xD I don't know if I posted in here that my Nannie got another dog. She's a Schnauzer too (if that's how you spell that?) just like Trixie was. But she NEVER stops barking. We think she was abused or something because she barks at everyone no matter how many times she sees you. And she flinches whenever you go to touch her. Her name is Sally. We didn't name her. Now all of my Nannie's pets names start with an S except her other dog Pepper. Not counting Nelly or her kittens. :/ i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/GetAttachment-1.jpgi212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/yrgtrfd.jpgOne more thing. My cat Milton went to the vet. He came home with two prescriptions for a possible thing in his chest. If they don't work he has to get x-rays. He might have asthma. He also came home with some sort of gel medicine, and prescription diet food. xD The vet wants him to lose 15 pounds. He only went there for flea drops... Bye bye, fat Milton. i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Piercing011.jpgOh and I just like these: i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Animals003.jpgi212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Animals018.jpgHer "I'm not hiding anything in my mouth" face: i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc172/Caitie-1992/Home%20Stuff/Animals023.jpgEDIT: Since I posted this my Pa called and said that Nelly came sprinting across the lawn with another kitten in her mouth. That's three so far... P.S. Mirium, Blue, my brothers guinea pig, loves me now. ;D I take care of her and spend way more time with her than him. So yay.

Cute pics ^_^ When we rescued that one cat from Walgreens, she had only one kitten. We were so lucky it wasn't more than that.

Well, I gotta say Nelly looks pretty darn pleased with herself. Moses can be a girl's name -- haven't you ever heard of Grandma Moses, the artist? You and furrymom should talk, she's got a new schnauzer called Diamond Ryan. You can compare notes. 15 pounds? Sheesh, none of my cats even weighed 15 pounds! Although after looking at that piccie, I can see what the vet means... Are the fleas going to have to lose weight, too? Glad to hear that you and Blue are buds now. Guess guinea pigs are slow, but even they have sense sometimes. ;D

I know that this isn't technically a pet but I named it so I think it counts. Anyway I got a carnivorous plant (the lady said it was a venus fly trap but it sure doesn't look like one) on Tuesday and I named it Draco Malfoy. Actually my friend named it that because she has a huge crush on him. I'm gonna post some pictures once my sister gets back from Alberta and gives me my camera back.

If people can have pet rocks, you should be able to have a pet plant. IMO. Not to mention pet peeves. (Suddenly considers calling her next pair of cats "Rock" and "Peeve.")

Aw, cute pics, Luff. Need to post pics of my best friend's cats. Baxter and Higgins are huge! Milton's not a cat. Milton's a rug!

Good thing Milton's white. If he were an orange tabby, he'd be an orange shag rug and some of us would be having flashbacks to the 1960s.

Yes, Milton is fat... and quite large anyway, even if he wasn't fat. ;D He's almost out of his first bag of diet food. He looks no different. But he has to take these pills that my mom said makes humans gain weight. I dunno if it'd make a cat gain weight, but if they do then they just aren't helping! And plus, my other cat Winny keeps eating his food, so we have to watch him until he's done and put the rest away. *sigh*
Adri! You should read to your plant. I read to this maple tree I planted in our garden once, and I swear, it was happier for it. Maybe your carnivorous plant would be more into scary stories? They're kind of badass plants. And it has an awesome name by the way.
None of this post was sarcastic, if it sounds it. I'm not really sure. :/
