Eric in the water! Tripp made pungent remarks! Yelina came back! The weirdest thing, though -- I kept hearing these joyous squealing noises as I was watching the show...wonder what that's about? I hope Eric's dad becomes a recurring character -- I want to find out what went on between him and Eric's mom, and the actor did a great job IMO. I'm still chuckling at him being a former CIA agent -- wonder if that's a poke in the ribs for Burn Notice? And because the case was about a murdered fiancee/wife, I'll even forgive the reappearance of the Wretched Shirt; at least Horatio didn't wear it until the very last scene. :screwloose:

I was glad to see Eric back in the water ... well that was until he got stuck, but least he got free ;D. I too was glad Frank was making his remarks. It's just not CSI: Miami without them, lol. Yelina did a great job, I was shocked when I saw her. I didn't know she was coming back. I didn't squeal any. I screamed XD (with excitement of course). My parents had thought I lost my mind. My mom will probably squeal when she gets the chance to watch it. I hope his dad is a recurring character too. I'd love to see how all of this works out

I loved Natalia's reaction to Eric's arrest, she looked like she could kick @ss. Of course Ryan looked great as usual. Thought he was pretty funny when he confronted the couple with the laptop. I wasn't surprised Eric's dad was former CIA.It would be interesting to find out more about the relationship with Eric's mom. I wonder if that "tooth" test is real.I'm going to check around to see if I can find anything. Sean Combs was better this episode.

Mirium, that was probably me you were hearing First finding out Eric's father was from my hood, and then...DuDe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also a lot of good acting!!! I, too, am interested in seeing how the relationship between Eric and his father plays out To rate on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best ever, I rate this episode a 12!

Me too! She was awesome there, I was like cheering her on. xD I was like "Finally they're letting Eva LaRue, act." The whole thing with Eric's father is interesting and I wanna see if he's going to be back, or if the whole thing was done in this episode. It was cool having Yelina there too, although it was kind of sudden. She was there then gone so fast. Ryan looked hot, yadda yadda, that's really all I can say about him this episode. And Diddy was awesome! I think he's a really good actor, I wouldn't even mind if he was back for another episode. And I'm glad Derek Powell is now reconsidering his job choice, and that he wasn't the bad guy. Whoa, I almost forgot the Calleigh/Eric kiss. xD I thought it was so cute. I'm more of a silent squee-er so I just sort of sat there with a smile on my face. ;D I'm glad that it was at the very end, and that the whole episode wasn't filled with DuDe moments. The kisses were cute and quick. ^_^ I really liked the episode, they squeezed everything in well and even got most of the characters in equally, at least in my opinion, with everything going on in one episode. So on a scale of 1-10 ... 9. ;D P.S. I make long posts on episodes...

I just watched it. It was the best epi in a looooonngg time. When Combs was telling the Judge about the character of Eric Delko, well, I swear I thought I heard the Star Spangled Banner in the background.
It was funny when Calleigh told Eric that he lost out because she was going to marry him..
I would like to see his dad back and maybe see some kind of a relationship develop.
Sounds kind of like they are leaving it open for Combs to come back. Horatio told him that they could use a good prosecutor. Combs did not reply. Possibly something more in the future?
I would definitely give this epi a big fat 10!!

Best episode EVER. Eric was in the water, there was DuDe, Natalia actually had some scenes, they FINALLY made a refrence to Marisol, Eric getting out of jail wasn't cheesy or hard to believe, Ryan wasn't there as much but he was still awesome and they didn't make Diddy into the typical bad guy. And the tooth test was cool. And like mirium said I hope his dad becomes a recurring character. I'd really like to see how things play out between him and Eric.

I was actually VERY IMPRESSED, which I haven't been in awhile! Eric was back to his diving and making his sheepishly-angst remarks! I missed that so much! And I didn't even mind the semi-make out session at the end! (Which is a big thing for me...ask Shiny...)
The only problem I have, is that Eric went diving. He still has a bullet shard in his head, no?
Wow...I missed the part where his dad says that he's ex-CIA....
I freaked out when I saw our favorite PI. I miss Yelina so much!
But yes, for someone totally against E/C...I actually didn't mind it whatsoever. They were both so...in character, I loved it! Even at the end, they were both in character.
Babs says Yay instead of Nay, for once =)

That's great. Hope I can catch it on rerun. So there was no hint of anything between Yelina and Horatio, huh? Although I think Sofia Milos is doing a Canadian show called "The Border", so I'm not sure she can be back too many times. I wonder whether they're just sort of leaving the door open.
