I had someone ask me about this and it's real simple. If you're using Windows Vista, you can just use snipping tool. What it'll do is it will freeze the screen. You just hold the left button while dragging the mouse over the area of what you want to grab a pic of. Just let go then save. If you're using XP or earlier, you can use the program GIMP, or press print screen on your keyboard
