I had to start a thread for this show  It's on it's second season. Basically it's about the Strategic Response Unit (like the ones to handle hostage situations). The show is great. They always have intense episodes. |

Sounds cool, I've not heard of it. That doesn't really mean anything sometimes it take the UK a while to agree to show some stuff!

No! We're just getting the new NY and Vegas. The second NY epi is on tomorrow night, and the second Vegas Tuesday. We're further behind than usual I think.

 I LOVES FLASHPOINT. But there are waaay too many people in the SRU because I can only ever remember a few names... And it's still in the first season I think KT. Because its a CTV show not CBS. You guys are getting the second half of the first season. I think... I'm not exactly sure because CTV always does stuff funny. |

If I remember correctly, CBS aired a bunch of episodes during the summer (and advertised the daylights out of it!  ); it was apparently a success, because after a hiatus of a few months, they're airing a "second season" now, also advertised about every five minutes.  CBS's website says it's based on Toronto's Emergency Task Force, but they don't give credit to CTV for producing it - typical. Well I don't think CTV expected them to.. but they brag enough about that fact that CBS picked it up that I'm sure most people already know..

wow!
I just found this show on ITV3. But its over half way through. Some guy has taken his daughter to a hospital and from what I can tell he's taken it all hostage. Reminds me a little of... um, a movie called something like Mr. Q?! Where a guy does a similar thing so his kid gets a transplant. Denzel Washington is in it I think. Anyways, I'm gonna make a point of trying to catch it from the start another time.
