Is it a coincidence that National Brew Hog Day falls on Groundhog Day? Especially when Punxsutawney Phil sees his shadow (as he did today  )? |

I always have had this thought, and this will probably stir up something, but 1) how can the groundhog see his shadow if he's blind? 2) he always sees his shadow every year except 3-4 years ago, are we sure people aren't just putting food on the shadow and then claim the groundhog saw his shadow? 3) how do we know for sure the groundhog saw his shadow? I mean he could be blind, running in circles, and by random chance, ran into the shadow
