Loved watching Tony In Charge, and he didn't do a half bad job. A little weird how everyone just accepted it though -- what's Rule 38? And why was Abby suddenly able to accept Tony In Charge and stop calling him Gibbs, I didn't get that?

I loved Boss Tony. ;D I also love how they did everything for him that would happen if it was Gibbs. Especially the "He's behind me isn't he?". I just figured Rule 38 was something like "If you worked as lead investigator for an old case, and there's a related one, you get lead investigator again." Everyone accepts what Gibbs says. If Gibbs says Tony's boss, Tony is boss. I have no clue about the Abby thing though. OH and I LOVE Palmer so much. xD I just find him so awesome.

My guess is like rule 38 is "If you were lead then, you're lead now" or something like that.
Tony as the boss was the best! But McGee was a little rebelous. But hey it's McGiggles.
I thought Abby kept calling him Gibbs at first because she thought something had happened to Gibbs if Tony was in charge. Because that's how it worked last time. But when Tony said rule number 38 Abby knew nothing was wrong with Gibbs then. That is my theory.
