Hi everybody. I've been watching JAG, but not as much as the CSI shows. I generally tape them while I'm at work in the morning, and then I watch them in the evening, assuming there's not a good Miami show on. I get my name from my husband being a retired JAG sergeant. I love the show because it's not only dramatic, it's funny, and the characters have that cameraderie that one would find in the military. My all-time favorite eppy is "Angels 30." David Lee Smith is Lt Cdr Karma Rice, a Navy fighter pilot who says that God told him not to fire on an enemy fighter jet. DLS is my favorite actor, and he got a lot of screen time in this one. And he looks REALLY GOOD in Navy flight gear. Though some of the procedure is wrong (Hey, it's Hollywood! What did you expect?), I still love the show. Hubby respectfully goes into the other room when I watch. He won't watch JAG for the same reason a doctor won't watch ER or Gray's Anatomy. Your thoughts?

hi i have got to get the dvd's of the jag series and i adore ncis. as a matter of fact i like all the characters on ncis. i know that gibbs was on the jag series but were any other characters like abby, ducky, or the hair brain denosio(horrible speller here). i will have to see david lee in jag as i don't really care for him in csi miami, but he was set up not to be liked. i am the Horatio freak. i'm an old broad that wants to be a dead body on csi m so when H comes to check out my murder i can pat him on the hinny. hee hee. i'm also one of the cat ladies on the regular csi miami board. i have chester, Horatio and tripp. i tried to get the show to name a character after chester so all my guys would be named after characters. well gotta go. FURRYMOM!! Great to hear from ya! From what I can remember, David Lee Smith was in S4. The epi was "Angels30." And he had a lot more screen time in this one, as opposed to Miami, in which he typically has maybe one scene. I tell ya, the man looks great in Navy shirtsleeves. (Fans self)

So funny... I did not even make the connection that DLS was the actor in Angels30, but have always loved that episode (of course seeing David James Elliot in flight gear is what does it for me!)... it makes it even better that DLS is the other guy in the epi!
Where do you watch JAG? Just on DVD or on TV? I miss it!

Oooh. That one's my absolute favorite. In fact, DLS had a lot more screen time than the customary one scene in Miami. Yep, David James Elliott in flight gear and David Lee Smith in Navy shirtsleeves. What more could you ask for? JAG comes on USA in the mornings. I have to double-check the listings, but it's on 7-8 and again 8-9 a.m. I'm usually getting ready for work, so I have to tape it and watch it in the evenings. You might want to go to imdb.com and type in JAG. The holiday season here has been a little screwy.

there are several series i want to get on dvds. i saw several epis of Third Watch and the show looks real good but that is on A&E at 7 AM here in Orlando and of course i'm getting ready for work at that time and can't stop to watch. does anyone know how many years that was on? i've just been too lazy to look it up. i also want to get Jag but don't have a clue how many seasons that was on. wow i'm having a big time problem keeping my blood sugar high enough. i can't figure out why not. i have eaten an apple this afternoon but i feel yucky right now. i just chewed a glucose pill but man this is a bummer cause i have been real careful with my diet ever i got sick last week while we were gone on our trip. i guess it is off to the doctor tomorrow.. yuck, i hate it again.. later kiddos H rules jeanne

Ooh, messed-up blood sugar. That's no fun. Hope you feel better, Furrymom. Pet the kitties for me. Do you still have a black cat named Stetler? ;D
JAG was on 10 seasons to be sure, 1995-2005. I might add that NCIS is the spinoff of JAG. In fact, Patrick Labyorteaux reprised his role as Bud Roberts in a few of the earlier episodes. Not sure whether anyone else did. It's kind of hard to find all 10 episodes, so I just tape each epi as it comes on USA in the morning. I don't always remember to, though.

wow i'm having a big time problem keeping my blood sugar high enough. That bites. I have diabetes and lately I've been having low sugar a lot too. Twice it dropped to 58 before I even felt low. The dr. made some adjustments to my shots, so I hope that will help. anywho, back on topic. I first started watching JAG years ago when I was just a kid. I liked watching it then, but I haven't seen it recently. I would like to watch it, but I'm getting ready for class between 7 and 9 most mornings. I don't have any way to record it either.
