(the episode that starts with one of the CSIs playing street hockey, I think, and then a nearby house blows up)
A lot of coincidences going on here, and a lot of idiocy -- kind of hard to keep my disbelief suspended. I can see the eco-terrorists targeting the guy's daughter to get her to join, but weird that the head terrorist wouldn't wait another half hour to tell her about the bomb. If the organization has avoided getting caught for any length of time, you'd think he'd have enough sense to have better timing with his dramatic gestures.
Wonder how Lindsey's parents are going to react to the news that she's gotten married without telling them first? Will they have a repeat ceremony out in Montana?

Admittedly, I found myself saying AAAAAWWWWW at the wedding sequence. And if it's anything like my sister-in-law, who did it the same way and said "Oh, by the way, we got married." Well, yeah, I can see Mom and Dad being a little upset, to which I respond "At least they got married. What are you fussing about?"
That was Adam playing street hockey. Admittedly hubby and I thought the explosion was hokier than a $3 bill. A bomb that big would have sent out a shock wave that would have least blown out windows in neighboring houses and probably should have made a crater in the road. Yet not even a crack or black marks on the street underneath.
Not sure what to say about the eco-terrorism thing, except I have my own feelings and opinions about how people like that should be dealt with. Like any criminal or terrorist organization, people like that who have gotten away, whether through clever planning, court technicalities or whatnot, will eventually get brazen and sloppy. Although if their MO has been "No casualties", I find it hard to believe they'd cross the line so suddenly. It seemed like the guy was going very suddenly from "No casualties" to "A whole bunch of dead people." Admittedly that didn't make sense.
I'm really glad Danny and Lindsay got married. Better late than never. And I really, really, REALLY hope that neither one of them will be killed off in the season finale. Can't we have just ONE happy marriage somewhere in the three CSI's without somebody getting murdered, divorced, or leaving the show??

Dear Lord, even though the bomb was directed at the house, Adam still should've gotten hurt more than he did! It's nice seeing that he's been brought further out into the front running, though.
The montage at the end, as cheesy as it was, and how I would've loved to see an actual wedding, made me squeal. It was a nice little trip through the past. The first clip got to me instantly; that moment in "Zoo York", and Danny is already trying to harrass her by telling her to call Mac "Sir". Loved it all!
As for the Eco Terrorism thing, I knew that there was something wrong with the guy whose house got blown up the moment I saw him. Something just told me that he was a bad apple.
My shock was Flack saying "Douche Bag". Is he allowed to say that? Yes, it's okay on Family Guy and such...but on CSI? It was a bit much, even though it did come from Flack's mouth. I'd more expect him to say it while not on duty.

I thought that was something that only Flack could get away with Babs. I mean if anyone else had have said it a red flag would have gone off it my head because it would be a little OOC. And also he was hurt in a bombing so I think thats something he'd be a little... sensitive about. Anyway I liked the whole episode. I thought it was interesting how they went into that whole world of eco-terrorism which is something I'd never heard about before. But yeah the explosion was a little off. And I was disapointed that they made NO refrence to Charge of this Post. Although Mac did talk about Claire which he hadn't done for a long time. And the wedding was just aaw. I was a little disapointed that we didn't see them saying their vows but the montage was cute. I don't care if everyone else thinks it cheesy, I thought it was completley adorable. But Flack should have been there. Him and Danny are supposed to be best friends after all..

Flack saying Douche bag seemed so normal to me, I didn't even notice. Like I heard him say it and all but it didn't strike me as "not normal". Maybe it's just cause I have a bad mouth and use it a lot.
I liked the whole Eco-terrorism thing. It was completely different. And I agree with Babs about the dude who's house got blown up. There was definitely something off about him.
Oh and the bomb thing, there should have been some mention of Charge of This Post. Maybe even, "Well at least it wasn't as bad as last time." I think the common CSI: NY viewer would figure out what last time was... unless there was another bombing I can't remember...
The end, I hadn't watched it on Wednesday, but my friend did and she said it was the best CSI ending ever. And when I did watched it, not gonna lie to you, I awed. I thought it was cute. Honestly I really didn't want to see them standing there seeing their vows, cause I think they would make Danny cry or something.. and I don't know if I can picture that. Danny crying and being sappy. Oh and Flack should have been there! Not doubt about it! Their best friends, I know if I got married and my best friends weren't there, they'd kill me!

I can see the ecoterrorist guy going from "no casualties" to bombing a house. Any group that thinks it's okay to stage "demonstrations" that disrupt things for innocent people has to be pretty self-centered and arrogant to start with; if they get away with it for a while, they might easily start getting cocky and less careful about the planning. And they weren't intending to kill anyone; the guy wasn't home and his daughter wasn't supposed to be there; they might have chatted with the daughter about her dad's routine and known that it wasn't the day for the cleaning lady to do her job. (I'm betting that that guy doesn't do his own dusting. ) Since the world wasn't rolling over and doing what the ecoterrorists wanted after the previous "demonstrations" it's likely they thought a little escalation was the logical next step -- disruption hadn't worked, property distruction hadn't worked, maybe a few injuries would do the trick... It would have been nice if they'd referred to Charge of This Post, but it doesn't surprise me that they didn't. It was several years ago, and the characters don't think of their lives as tidy episodes -- they've had hundreds of cases since then, not the few dozen we've seen. And they are pretty stoic, so they might have all been thinking about it but not saying anything.
