lol @ Tony and his "banter" -- and the way he was so surprised that McGee took offense. And I noticed that when Tony realized Ziva was having a tough time, he didn't "banter" with her at all, so he really does mean it as friendly, not a power play. Okay, maybe not completely as a power play -- he is putting McGee down, but I don't think he's trying to be mean.
Also lol'ed at Tony and McGee competing to go with Gibbs -- "take me!" "no, take me!" -- like little kids. And the way Gibbs is still quietly training McGee, like when he asked McGee "what do you see" and McGee got it right. He's really coming into his own this season. (McGee, not Gibbs.

Can't wait to see what happens with Gibbs' old friend next week -- I tend to forget Gibbs' past until someone from that past pops up and Gibbs seems more comfortable with them than with his current team.
