It's a couple from Iowa who were at the Mayo Clinic, waiting to see a doctor (they refuse to say which one of them it was for) and there's a piano in the waiting room with a sign that says "Go ahead and play it if you want" (according to him), so they did.
They're a bit puzzled at the fuss. They don't own a computer, and thought someone was threatening to "flush them down the tube" when they were told they were on YouTube.
