question about actress who was last ME

i saw the tidal wave show again yesterday and wondered if the black lady who was arrested for helping the bad guy steal the gold was the same woman who was the ME who was stealing pills? it sure looked like her.

I don't think it was. I don't remember what that woman looked like at all, but I looked up the episode and it doesn't say she starred in it. The only CSI: Miami episodes it says she starred in are the 18 she was in during season 7.
