I had to start this thread. I love this show, a lot! Anyone else seen it? Like it?
I love how when it begins, you think Patrick Jane (the main character) is a normal guy, but starting even in the first episode you get little glimpses into his past and start to realize he's not as stable as he seems. Plus there are many funny parts, and the other characters are cool as well.
I hope other people watch! ;D

Patrick Jane seems to like nutters -- and you would never have to explain yourself to him, that's always a plus in a guy! (And a sign that this is definitely fiction. ) I was watching it a couple of weeks ago and my sister was sort of wandering in and out, doing chores, and afterwards she said "I don't know if that show has a plot, but with that guy in it, who cares?" My sis is a very perceptive woman.

Aha, I agree with you Furry, and with your sister mirium. Simon Baker is pretty yummy. Of course that's not the only reason I watch the show. ;D Hehehee.

I've watched a couple eppies and I loooove Patrick Jane. He's pretty cute and he's funny. I actually like the entire cast. And I loved the eppy with the fake seanace *however you spell that* and the pyschic lady.

I cried at the end of that episode, mostly just because he started crying, and I was not expecting that. I figured he'd be the kind of guy to not cry over anything. Did anyone notice that all of the names of the episodes have the word "Red" in there somehow? Or am I the only one paying that much attention? So far the episodes have been (besides the Pilot): Red Hair and Silver Tape, Red Tide, Ladies in Red, Redwood, Red-Handed, Seeing Red, Thin Red Line, Flame Red, and Red Brick and Ivy. Plus the killer who killed Patrick's wife and daughter is called Red John. So hmm...

hi greggo how are ya. i love this show. i think the reason red is in all the titles is because of red john who killed his family. also i read somewhere that simon baker said patrick is mental and on the edge. i hope he stays as good and the stories stay good as this is a refreshing, light and brightly filmed show. so many of the csi and law and order shows are so dark. even some with my main man, H... H rules jeanne

I'm doing good Furry how about you? Yeah Luffy mentioned the thing about all the red being about Red John but I'm hoping it's leading up to something good.. And you're right the show is very refreshing and brightly filmed. I think thats why so many people like it. The CSI and all other crime shows do tend to be very dark and some light is nice once in awhile..
