I liked it. We got to see the team as a team! Cal, Jesse, RyRy and Walter all working in the garage to solve the case.
Oh. Let me correct myself. MOST of the team.
NATALIA, WHERE ART THOU? She didn't even make a three second appearance.
Anyway. We never really left the family. I wish it would have been the wife's secret boyfriend, or someone outside the family.
And I agree with Walter on the "EWW! EYEBALLS!" thing! I hate eyeballs....I can't even watch people put contacts in.
Oh, Dr. Tom...you weird me out...just as much as you weirded Jesse out tonight! He sure is...different!
"You know, a nice young man was promoted from night shift, and now he thinks he's God's gift to Forensics"
I love Ryan. That's what Walter gets for being a smart alec.
Oh. Another reason I love Ryan. "Smells like marijuana. Yup. Definately smells like marijuana.".....while everyone else was like "what's that smell?". Ohhh, RyRy, you know too much <3
Other than that...H WORE A LAB COAT! DUN DUN DUNNN!
And there wasn't a colour scheme today. O.O RyRy was in green, Walter in salmon, Jesse in a light pink, Cal in the usual black, H in the usual black, and Frank had a blue tie.

I think Eva LaRue must have something going on with her life, I doubt they wouldn't even have her in the episode at all. Hmhmhm. Anyways, my thoughts, copy and pasted from another forum. - "So we're looking for a biiiig guy." "Oh, I think the word you're looking for is tall Officer Cardoza, we're looking for a tall guy." Walter, is, awesome. - Holy he is tall. - CSI freaking Cardoza. Psh. He still has yet to grow on me. - What the? He's dead? Whoa. - Tom is so awesome. Lmao at his demonstration of what happened. - Mmm Ryan looks goood. He and Walter did a fist bump! So awesome. - Dave is hot. And I LOVE HORATIO. - "Eyeballs are like my kryptonite." And then Cal sticks it in his face. - I bet the husband did it. They're trying to make us feel way too sorry for him. - Calleigh looks like a midget walking beside Walter and he looks like a giant. - Calleigh, Ryan, Walter, and Jesse all in the garage together. Yay for teamwork! - I hate how Ryan is always asking questions and Walter is always telling him things. Shouldn't he know this stuff? - Horatio in the garage with Ryan. Finding things four of his other CSI's didn't find before. - More teamwork! - "That's marijuana." *Calleigh sniffs Jesse* "Why are you smelling me?" - Aaaw Ryan's sad eyes. I love. - I was wrong, the son did it. It was an accident though. Aaw. Poor guy. - Only in Miami do you almost run over alligators instead of squirrels. - Well that was an interesting episode. I liked it. Not many complaints at all!

Agree pretty much with babs and luf. I love that there are more team moments, that was missing far too long. The only complaints,no Natalia and how Ryan never seems to be up to date on newer techniques.Ryan was described as thorough in the first episode, attending classes and seminars, now apparently he doesn't even crack open a journal. The writers need to come up with another way explaining things to the audience instead of someone(mostly Ryan) looking like a dunce.

Very good episode last night.
I'm thinking the very tall guy was the guy from the LA Lakers?
Eyeball thing...will not go there out of respect (yes science lover geek right here!!!)
I spit my soda out "How the hell did you fit under there?!?" XD Mean, yet funny
I thought Ryan last night did a very shoddy job crime scene investigating. He didn't even investigate what happened and just called it an accident because he was hungry. Walter did a very good job though.
Last note to end- where is Kyle?

They're not showing Kyle this year. They want to stay out of H's personal life. But, HELLO, SARIS IS STILL OUT THERE!
The writers are messing around with Ry too much. Yes, he as an attitude problem. But he's not a jerk like that. He's not one to assume crap about crime scenes. They are screwing around with him WAY too much.
Ewww eyeballs.
LMAO! "Only in Miami do you almost run over alligators instead of squirrels." Love it, luf.

Maybe Ryan is slowly turning into good ol' Speed -- same snarky "good enough" attitude. Which would be really weird for a guy with OCD to morph into our favorite slob. Actually, I think it's Ryan's way of dealing with Eric leaving. They did work together for years, and Eric apparently walked away without even saying goodbye...that's gotta hurt. So he's trying to keep the new guy at a distance with a little snarkiness, don't want to get that close to another team member who might walk away too. I also think the Sudden Dumbness is Ryan's way of testing the new guy -- instead of feeding hm the answers, let's wait and see what he's got. And give Walter a chance to be lazy and see if he takes it -- now Ryan doesn't have to wonder if Walter will sluff off when no one's watching. Or maybe Ryan's going to have a nervous breakdown later in the season. That would be interesting too.

OOOOh that sounds about right, Mirium...It would be interesting to see him break down...
I wouldn't necessarily call him good ol' Speed....Speed at least didn't act like a moron.
Luf- My friend found it, posted it in a facebook album, so I jacked it! In our rps, we've made Ryan into a texting-and-facebooking nerd, and she actually found a picture of him laying on a bed with a Mac laptop!

Speed at least didn't act like a moron. He didn't? One of the things I liked about him was that he got snarky and didn't live by the rules - - although he eventually picked the wrong rule to flout and paid the price. And he was sloppy at times (like about cleaning his gun), and Ryan's showing signs of that. Just my opinion, of course. YMMV, and I hope it does -- otherwise we'd have nothing to talk about. ;D

By moron, I mean, Ryan's acting dumb. Like, the whole farmer thing, him not knowing what a 'cougar' is, Walter outsmarting him...Speedle knew his facts, and then some. Yesss, he was sloppy, but we still love him.
I'm watching Cross Jurisdictions right now. I want to cry. I miss the old days.
H spoke in more than a whisper, got along well with kids, and said smart things. Eric. Eric. Eric. *drool* He and Tim bantering from the start! Cal and her accent....
I might just go cry.
