Oh, man, talk about geezer's revenge! 
I loved watching them all go to pieces without their electronic toys! Finding out how hard it used to be, and discovering that maybe all us old folks who can't instantly use cell phones etc. aren't so dumb after all -- the young'uns didn't do so well when faced with a mimeograph, did they? And McGee's face right after he made that "we need a brontosaurus" remark; that would usually be a DiNozzo line.
I'm glad the lieutenant turned out to be a hero instead of a traitor, too.
