Ice-T was on "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me" to play Not My Job this week, and he's a hoot! In Not My Job, a celebrity is asked three questions on a subject they probably know nothing about. Ice-T was asked about pantyhose. okay i can't get it to play email me and let me know what the questions were and did he win...
lordy i just had the heck scared out of me. little diamond just started howling like crazy. i think it was in his sleep. straightened up real quick when i was talking to him.. wow scary!! jeanne

Wow, even the THOUGHT of Ice-T scared Diamond!   The link on the page is pretty small, at the end of the paragraph (just below "a different kind of hos(e)" it says "listen" in itty-bitty letters. It takes a while to turn on -- maybe Public Radio Listeners are more patient than most? -- a new window should pop up, and you'll have to listen to a short ad about "Support for NPR is provided by..." that lasts 10 seconds or so. If you can't spot it, click on where it says "Ice-T Takes A Quiz On Pantyhose" and it will take you to another page. That one says "Listen To The Story" in much bigger print. Click on that to start it. The quiz is just an excuse to talk to the guy, and Ice-T's reactions are worth the trouble -- the tone in his voice when he hears one of the questions is priceless.  It takes about 12 minutes to listen to. |
