I'll start. I'm mirium, the administrator of this board. I'm the main reason for the Eccentric part of the "Friendly But Eccentric" motto (although I'm also friendly). The rest of you are invited to be eccentric too; if there's enough of us nuts here, then the sane members will be considered eccentric for not being weird.  I live in the Midwest region of the U.S., am an avid and omnivorous reader, and love many kinds of music but am mostly familiar with older tunes. I also do needlework in my copious free time -- knitting, crochet, counted cross stitch, needlepoint, and learning to quilt. I'm in my early 50s but am a bit of a geek -- man, I LOVE this century! ;D The rest, you'll figure out as time goes by. |

My name is Liz. I go by either Jag Lady or Jag Wife wherever I go. I live in the southeastern United States. I'm a U.S. Army veteran and have been married 22 years to a wonderful man who is a retired JAG sergeant (Hence my name). He now works as a commercial real estate paralegal (aka dirt law).
My hobbies include writing, reading, meteorology, talk radio, photography, internet research, shooting, political debate (both are equally dangerous!) weight training and jogging. My favorite reads are political science, history, and autobiographies. I'm trained as an executive assistant, although I've also worked as a surgical assistant and a legal secretary. Because my husband belongs to so many legal associations, I still find myself having to politick and travel.
Those of you who know me from other forums know that I've been a fairly active fan fiction writer. I took it up as a form of therapy after both parents and half a dozen of my close friends died in the last two years (cancers, diabetes, etc). I love writing comedies and political thrillers.
My favorite shows include all three of the CSI's and JAG. I love these shows because they're intelligent, and I love the combination of funny and serious interaction between the characters. David Lee Smith is my favorite actor at the moment. He's very talented, and he's just so goshdarned cute!
I love to learn what makes people tick. That was the greatest thing about living in Europe and all over the U.S. for 24 years. I hate rudeness and phoniness.

I'm ladytaz...better known as Taz or Tazzy. I live in Ga. I have been married for 5 years to a truck driver, so I guess we've only been married for 3 years. ;D Between us we have 9 grandchildren that we adore.
I love reading, especially these fanfics. Since hubby is gone so much, I spend a lot of time on the board. Wish I could write like you guys do.

I'm Suzy...I live in the Southeastern US...I have been married for 18 years (as of yesterday) and have four beautiful daughters.  I am usually on the computer in my free time. I love puzzle games and trivia. I LOVE CSI Miami. I also enjoy watching football and my daughters' soccer games. No grandchildren as of yet...and hopefully not for atleast another 5 years or so...lol |

I'm Naomi... aka CSINaomi or crimescenegirl, depending on where you find me! I'm 28... I'm a nanny to a tiny little delight named Titus. I own a poodle (yes, the frou-frou kind, but we give a "sporting cut" because we just can't handle it otherwise!!!) and a little kitten. I'm not married, not dating, not anything - it's no fun. All my closest friends are married AND all but one either have kid(s) or are pregnant (thus why my brain goes "BABY" all the time!).
I love the computer because it keeps me "alive" to the outside world. I have a chronic illness called CFIDS (if you ask, I'll answer!) that makes it hard for me to get out and do all the "normal" stuff that I'm supposed to do in my 20s (whatever that is!).
I'm currently in the middle of writing my first fan fic for CSI:Miami along with a series of one-shots for the show. I also love Bones and NCIS...
Anyways, that's me! Hi, all!!!

I'm luf100. But some people here call me Luffy, or Huffy  , or you can always call me by my real name and go with Caitie. CSI: Miami is my favourite show, but since this isn't just a Miami board I can say I also love NCIS, and The Mentalist. I watch the other CSI's but not as religiously as the other three shows and I don't mind if I miss a new episode. Those who really know me would know that I love, more than any show on this board, the band Green Day. The obsession I had almost four years ago just sort of grew into an infinite love for them. xD I also love almost every other kind of music there is (even Country and Rap have their songs). I'm from Canada... eh. Ontario, and I live about two hours away from Toronto in a "village", technically. ;D Oh, I love to Photoshop, play The Sims (and recently Spore) and Guitar Hero. xD That's about it! |

Hi! As you can tell by my screen name thingy my name is Niki... or Nik... or even Nik Nak according to Sarry. She gave me that nickname! I play soccer like really competitively. My team is number 12 or 11 in the state. So soccer is basically my life. So when I'm not playing soccer or at school I'm on the computer or watching TV.. usually at the same time. I love all three CSIs and NCIS and L&O: SVU is pretty good too! People tell me that I'm very funny and I have a great sense of humor. Sarry also tells me that my head won't fit through the door one day....
Oh and just to let you know..... I was one of the inventors of HUFFY!!! heheheehe

Hi, I'm Kat! Lots of people know me by my title, RULER OF THE WORLD. I answer to Kat, CL, CarusoLover, Princess, or RULER! lol I live in the 7th layer of hell, also known as Michigan. I have 2 cats (Bibby & Lil Girl). I have 2 brothers (been trying to sell them FOR YEARS...anyone want a slightly used brother?). I'm a David Caruso and David Tennant FREAK!!!!!!! OMG, I think they are the sexiest men GOD EVER CREATED! My fave shows are CSI:MIAMI, Dr. Who, CSI:NY, SVU. I'm a bit of a perv........okay, I'm a TOTAL PERV, lol but you'll get used to it.  I listen to pretty much all sorts of music, but my faves are Nine Inch Nails, Warrant, Def Leppard, and 80's hair bands. Goo Goo Dolls, The Used, and Sarah Mclachlan are up there too. I'm pretty friendly (I think) and I like a good larf. My BESTEST BUDDY is Sarryb. And don't believe a word she says in her introduction. She's the nicest, sweetest, coolest person I know. We have a blast chattin and talkin pervies bout our fave hotties. She's the best fic writer in the world! If she posts her story *Crossover* here, READ IT!!!! Um....I'm a HUGE DR WHO, STAR WARS, MIAMI geek and when I grow up I wanna be either a psychologist or Serial Killer Profiler. |
